thebrowncoat: In 2005, I saw a group of kids play a tiny stage on the side of a pink truck. I walked away from that 20-minute Warped Tour set impressed and thinking maybe I’d be hearing more from this “Paramore” band in the future. Then, All We Know Is Falling stayed in my CD player for about a month straight - until I saw them play again. And again. And again. 40-something times and counting. I’ve seen them play for 30. I’ve seen them play for 30,000. I’ve had more amazing experiences with them than I can count. Their music has been a constant in my life and songs like “Miracle” and “Looking Up” have carried me through some rough times. I’ve watched as band members left and Hayley, Taylor and Jeremy emerged stronger, more focused, more dedicated and, most importantly, happier than before. And now they’ve made the album of their lives. An album that isn’t just the best thing I’ve heard from Paramore; it’s quite possibly the best album I’ve heard in years. It’s been an amazing 8 years getting to know them, their families, their management and crew and team. They’re good friends of mine now, but at heart, I’m still a fan. I still get chills watching them take the stage. And I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited and proud for them than I am now.
